1. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run your account and games: your chosen username, a hashed password (never stored in plain text), and the game data you create or participate in. No email address or phone number is required.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to run Swappy: authenticating your account, storing your games, wish lists, and assignments, and sending Telegram notifications if you choose to connect Telegram.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in PocketBase with SQLite persistence. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Cookies

Swappy uses an HttpOnly authentication cookie to keep you signed in. On the public site we also use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages help people start and organise games more easily. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of Swappy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
